I wasn’t expecting this to be on the bill. It’s done, but kinda annoying.

It also was delivered to a hot mail box which likely was not ideal for the protein powders.

But not the end of the world. I was happy to know when it arrived and went to grab it ASAP.

Great product - mixes smoothly and good taste. Took a little longer than expected to ship but otherwise very happy with it.

Canada post was more up to date than Route. Only showed one move even day that it was delivered. Don't see what's the point of why I have to pay for it.

Despite that I paid for that, the package wasn't delivered to me, so I was forced to go to the pick up point to retrieve it.
Please, next time make sure you marked the package as insured.

I have ordered various flavours from vita plus numerous times, and this is by far the best value protein powder. Every flavour tastes great, they ship quickly, and come with free samples. Love this company!!

Perfect no problems.

I didn’t receive the item. I received the delivery email but when I checked my canada post mailbox, it was empty. I checked on Friday evening and created a ticket for investigation about my parcel. Despite of parcel protection payment I did not receive the parcel. Now I am just waiting for the canada post to locate my parcel.

One of the packs of protein powder broke open during shipping. This was during the holidays, but still waiting for confirmation on how to move forward

They were not able to fully complete my order and when I got the order one product was unsealed.. Also my order was enoughto cover shipping but do their inability to fulfil my order as placed they asked me to pay for shipping

Parcel didnt get delivered, because as I’ve said 1 million times: CANADA PIST REFUSES TO DO THEOR JOB. No attempt was ever made, as evidenced by security cameras, not to mention I was home ALL DAY on the delivery date

Ordered multiple different iso flavours trying to decide which flavour to order in bulk. So far Chocolate Caramel seems to be the leader. Also, all of the flavours that I've tried so far mix well.
