[BULK] Whey Protein Isolate (1lb to 25lbs)

Going to post a detailed review to help everyone out💪:

CUSTOMER SERVICE (Rating: ⭐⭐/5):
I ordered 5 bags of whey isolate, 1 bag of whey concentrate, and 1 bag of protein coffee. They refunded the protein coffee without notifying me, and when I emailed, I was only told it was out of stock. It was a product I really wanted to try, and they didn’t offer a alternative flavour, just refunded and shipped.
They also took a week to ship, ordered on Nov 29 and shipped on Dec 8, but it was black friday so I understand that part.

FLAVOUR & PRICING (Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐/5):
The whey isolate itself is solid. I have tried matcha, tiramisu, and chocolate so far — all taste great when mixed with half milk and half water. (will update the review after I try the rest)
Pricing is also very competitive, especially during the 25% off sales, better than competitors like Canadian Protein or MyProtein. In fact I don't think there is any cheaper in Canada, easily the best option if the quality is good (need 3rd party testing!)

3rd PARTY LAB TESTING (Rating: ❌/5):
One concern is the lack of publicly posted third-party test results. I am not accusing them of anything, but underdosed protein powders are super common in the industry. It would build a lot more trust if they provided independent lab tests.

PACKAGING & SCOOPS (Rating: ⭐⭐⭐/5)
It seems like the powders might be bagged and sealed at the time of order in-house? All bags had printed weight labels, but a couple of the resealable zips weren’t actually zipped (even though the tear-seal at the top was intact), so there was quite a bit of air inside.

Also, I ordered six different protein bags and only received one scoop. Not a big problem, but it’s inconvenient if you want to rotate flavours daily.

Lastly, the only sample that I got was a protein bar, nothing else. Not an issue, just noting.

These points aren’t really an issue for me — I’m adding them mainly for other shoppers who care about packaging details.

I am still giving a 4.5+ stars since I ONLY CARE ABOUT 3 THINGS: price, flavour, and accurate dosing (need third-party lab results).

Summary:
👍Pros👍: great flavours, strong pricing especially when on sale
👎Cons👎: weak customer service, no third-party testing transparency

We’ve ordered several things from Vita-Plus and have never been disappointed. Customer service is excellent.

The powder is easy to mix and tastes really good. I love trying out the different flaovurs, they have all been a hit! Has become my go-to.
