Your Personal Information
When you make purchases from our Site, you may checkout as a guest, but at the end of your purchase you will be prompted to create a personal account.

Orders, Payments and Credit Card Information
When collected for the purpose of payment for merchandise at Vita-Plus.ca, your credit card information is stored securely using a PCI DSS compliant solution. Your credit card will be charged upon entering information for your purchase (such as billing, shipping and credit card information), not when the item is shipped.
The credit card information stored in your account will not be visible to Vita Plus Canada Customer Service Representatives. Providing your credit card information to Vita-Plus.ca as payment for the product(s) states that you agree to your purchase of the selected product(s).

Taxes and Merchandise Pricing
The prices displayed on Vita-Plus.ca are listed in Canadian dollars. The GST, PST or HST that applies to your province will be shown and applied at checkout, and do not include the cost of delivery.
Delivery charges will be added on top of the cost of merchandise and applicable taxes. Government sales tax and provincial sales tax are subject to change without notification to users of the Vita-Plus.ca website.
All prices are subject to change. The prices displayed on our Site are only valid online at the time they are displayed.
Price Match Guarantee
Vita-Plus.ca is committed to providing health and wellness merchandise at the best possible value. For this reason, we’ll happily match the regular prices of our online retailer competitors in Canada. In order for a product to qualify for price matching, the product found on Vita-Plus.ca must be the exact same product in size, style, color, flavour and SKU as the lower priced product found on a competitor’s site. We won't match any short dated products except if ours is short dated too.
To request a price adjustment, we ask that you contact our Customer Service team to tell us which competitor is offering the lower price, so we may confirm the price. Often time, Price Matching may not be combined with promotion/discount codes or other special offers.
Vita Plus may correct errors which appear on the Site, or refuse any orders that have been received in association with such errors. In addition, Vita-Plus.ca reserves the right to reject or cancel orders placed at any time.
Vita-Plus.ca’s right to refuse or cancel orders at any time will be in effect whether or not the order has been charged to your credit card or confirmed. In the event that you credit card has been charged for your order, and your order is cancelled by Vita-Plus.ca, Vita Plus Canada will immediately issue a credit to your card in the full amount of the charge.
Order Confirmation and Acceptance
You authorize that all information you provide to Vita-Plus.ca at the time of placing an order for all merchandise for sale on our Site, and in relation to an order made using our Site, is genuine and correct.
Receiving a receipt of your order with confirmation from Vita Plus Canada does not indicate the acceptance of your order, and it does not confirm our offer to sell. Vita-Plus.ca reserves the right to decline or accept your order at any time, even after the receipt of your order. All orders placed must be pre-approved with an acceptable payment method of Vita-Plus.ca. Vita Plus Canada may require additional information or verification before any order is accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse any order without offering reason. If we cancel an order, we will make appropriate attempts to contact you using the details you’ve provided us. All received payments will be refunded using the method of payment received.
We will communicate with you about your order and the purchased product via phone or email. Account holders are asked to provide a valid email address to Vita Plus for this reason.
On occasion, Vita Plus may also send you marketing materials, such as Newsletters, promotions or other special offers on our Site. If you do not wish to receive any additional material from us, you may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by editing your account settings, or by clicking on the “unsubscribe” button at the bottom of our emails.
At times, our best-selling brands can experience a higher than usual inventory turnover. Our best efforts are taken to reduce the occurrence of an item becoming unavailable, however, we cannot guarantee that an item will not become unavailable after it has been purchased by a customer at the time you have placed an order for the same item. In this event, Vita Plus Canada reserves the right to cancel and refund the order, unless an appropriate replacement can be provided and agreed to by the customer.
If you wish to cancel your entire order, or parts of your order and it has not yet been fulfilled by Vita-Plus.ca, you will not be charged for the items that have been cancelled, and you will not be subject to a cancellation fee. If you wish to cancel the order at the time it has already been fulfilled, we are unable to provide a cancellation and you will be required to initiate a return upon receiving the order instead.
Vita-Plus.ca also reserves the right to cancel your order if you’ve provided fraudulent credit card information, or an unauthorised credit card, if your method of payment is declined, if you’ve provided false personal information or if the product you’ve ordered is no longer available. Vita-Plus.ca agrees to notify you upon the cancellation of your order.
If the order or items were to be refused by the recipient upon delivery, initial shipping cost paid by Vita Plus would be charge to the customer. If the said order is under the Winter Policy (Containing liquids/Drinks from November 1st to May 1st) and said products were to be damaged during delivery or return, they wouldn't be refunded or compensate.
Termination of Use, Consequence of Termination and Suspension of Use
If you violate the terms and conditions of Vita-Plus.ca, we reserve the right to terminate or suspend the use of your account at anytime without notice. In the event that your account is terminated or suspended, you will be unable to access Vita-Plus.ca.
If you are terminated or suspended while awaiting the delivery of your order, Vita Plus Canada reserves the right to cancel your order. Upon cancellation, a refund may be issued to the credit card or payment method used during the purchase of the order.
Delivery of Order
Vita-Plus.ca delivers to Canada typically within 1-15 working days. Upon delivery, the courier may request a signature.
If you’re not present at the shipping address provided by you when the courier attempts to deliver your order, your merchandise may be left at the front door of the address provided if the driver deems it to be safe. Your order may otherwise be left at the nearest courier depot for pick up. The courier will notify you of the whereabouts of your order with a slip on your door or in your mailbox. In the event that you are unreachable for the delivery of your product, your order will be returned to Vita Plus Canada. To receive your order, our Customer Service Team will attempt to make contact and execute an alternative delivery, fees may apply.

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order to offer you a full refund. Health and wellness products such as sexual wellness products may have alternate return policies, as listed in the product description.
If we send you an item, or items, as an exchange and do not receive your returned item within 30 days from the time the exchange order was placed, you will be charged for the cost of both items. Defective Merchandise Refund Policy
In the event that you receive defective merchandise, it is eligible for a return within 30 days of purchase. Health and wellness products such as sexual wellness products may have alternate return policies, as listed in the product description. Products featured in the bulk section can't be returned once opened. Upon receiving a defective product, you may initiate a return for the product to Vita-Plus.ca for a full refund if the product is inadequate when you receive it. All refunds are issued in accordance with our returns policy. Vita Plus Canada will not consider requests to initiate a refund or exchange 30 days after purchase unless the product is deemed faulty by our Customer Care Team. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable. Defective or broken marchandise needs to be kept on hands until full refund or dispute has been resolve, not doing so may result in non refund.
Winter Policy effective from November 1st to May 1st. Every liquid product is part of the Winter Policy. In some cases, energy drinks might freeze and arrive damaged, as we have no control over temperature variances in each state/province unfortunately. We will not accept any claims for damaged cans cases unfortunately, since carriers will also not insure for these damages. Please order at your own risk. Please consider this before placing your order during these month.
Summer Policy effective from May 1st to September 30th. We do not cover or refund anything that melt during the travel. If a liquid product arrives busted open, broken or leaking due to heat we will refund it. If the products Carbonated Pressure is increased due to heat but container is still intact, we do not refund.
All Products Advertised on Vita-Plus.ca (Food Items & Supplements) are guaranteed to have at least 60 days Shelf-Life. Product with less than 60 days Shelf-Life will be classified with a BB (Best Before) or EXPIRY or EXP tag in their product name and our product description. We don't accept any claim for products with at least 60 days Shelf-Life left and or product with the proper Expiry Tag as these are Final Sales.
At Vita Plus Canada, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and a pleasant shopping experience. However, we are not responsible for any damage caused by extreme temperatures during shipping or handling.
We understand that certain products, such as protein bars or snacks, may melt or become more solid when exposed to extreme temperatures. While we take all necessary precautions to prevent such incidents, we cannot guarantee that all products will arrive in their original form, particularly during hot or cold weather conditions.
Therefore, we do not accept responsibility for any melted or solidified products that may occur during shipping or due to weather conditions. We recommend that customers be mindful of their delivery schedules and the weather conditions in their area when placing orders for perishable items.

Promotions and Special Offers
Vita-Plus.ca occasionally uses discount codes for special promotions and offers. All discount codes are in Canadian Dollars and may require a minimum order purchase, prior to GST, PST or HST. Discounts and promotional material are subject to validity dates as stated. If no validity date is stated, the coupon valid as long as the promotion is posted on Vita-Plus.ca.
Under no circumstance is a coupon or discount code eligible for cash redemption. The discount codes provided by Vita Plus Canada are only available for a one-time use per customer, or per household, and may only be limited to specific brands or products.
You can redeem your discount code or coupon by entering the code provided during the checkout process on Vita-Plus.ca, and clicking “apply”. Codes cannot be combined with any other promotional offer or discount.
Initiating an Exchange or Return With Discounted / Promotional Merchandise
Discount codes or promotional offers used for orders containing multiple items are applied to each item in the order. This means that if you wish to return only part of the order, you will be unable to re-apply the full discount code to the remaining items in your order. Rather, your refund will include the appropriate, proportioned amount of the discount as decided by the value of the item being exchanged or returned.
Disputing The Use of Our Site
