Resistance bands

It is early, but they seem to be good quality for the price. Still learning how to use them, but I do like how versatile they are. Nice neat bag to put them away.

Great quality for the price

I was looking for a set of bands for travel and these were on sale. The attachments are strong and solid. The resistance levels are in the medium range, not super light rehab ones, not super heavy.
